Write about a few of your favorite family traditions.

We don’t have a lot, just never seemed like a big deal to us.

But around Christmas, we always do the Advent thing Catholics and Lutherans do, though we aren’t Lutheran. We also make cookies. Usually fudge too.

My mom always makes our birthday cakes. Usually chocolate.

I do think traditions are important. It’s one way to know this is your family, and this is what you do.
